Call for articles for Trio publication

Trio has a continuous submission at the Journal.fi platform and the deadlines are near Midsummer and Independence Day. Submitting an article by the deadline does not guarantee it will be published in the said issue.

Trio is a bi-annual publication of the DocMus Doctoral School and the Department of Classical Music at the Sibelius Academy. Trio contains material about different aspects of Western classical music, including performance, HIP, pedagogy, philosophy, aesthetics, analysis, history and present.

Trio accepts texts in Finnish, Swedish and English: fully reviewed articles, lectiones praecursoriae, reviews, reperts, and book reveiws.

Writers should carefully read and follow Trio’s submission guidelines.
